How to make healthy and delicious matcha muffins at home in 20min:

2/3 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flax
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4+ cup coconut oil
1/2 cup organic maple syrup
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of House of Matcha
1/2 Banana

 Healthy matcha oats made in minutes!

1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon HOM matcha
Small pinch of salt
3 tablespoon fresh blueberries

(Optional - 3 fresh sliced strawberries)

Stir the banana, oats, coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, matcha powder and salt together in a small container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning stir then transfer to a bowl if desired, and top with berries :)

¾ cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup of coconut oil
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon of pure almost extract
2 tablespoons of House of Matcha ceremony powder
¼ cup of confectioners’ sugar
